These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Travelo website (the "Site"), operated by Travelo, which provides information about travel insurance and travel assistance services and makes it easy to get quotes for and buy those products through third-party platforms. Accessing and using the Site implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Nature of the service
Travelo acts as a channel for information and contact. Quotes and the issuing of travel assistance policies or vouchers are handled through the quote widget of our technology partner, integrated into the Site. The specific terms of cover, amounts, exclusions and validity of each product are those stated in the voucher or policy issued by the provider at the time of purchase, and they prevail over any general description published on the Site.
3. Published information
The information about cover, prices and benefits on the Site is for information and guidance only. We make reasonable efforts to keep it up to date, but it may vary depending on the destination, the length of the trip, the age of the travellers and the chosen plan. We always recommend checking the full details of your voucher before you travel.
4. Use of the contact form
The contact form is intended for questions, requests for information and matters related to our services. By submitting it, you agree that the data provided (name, email address and message) will be used to answer your query, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, images, trademarks and other content of the Site are the property of Travelo or its licensors and are protected by the applicable intellectual property laws. Reproducing them in whole or in part without prior authorisation is not permitted.
